Held under the theme of “HR driving business sustainability”, this year’s programme looked at human capital development as a key element to build a sustainable business model. We brought together over 150 CEO’s, COO’s, CHRO’s, HR Directors, Heads of Talent, Chief Happiness Officers to benchmark their practices, learn from one another and build partnerships.
The agenda was designed to provide participants with the opportunity to network, engage and learn. The five tribes, hire, train, motivate, retain and the melting pot, were designed to create cross sector collaborations and discussions. The afternoons featured engaging brainstorm sessions, where participants had a chance to gain hands on experience and work on case studies.
