Mary Pratt, a leading expert in talent acquisition and coaching will head the office as Founding Partner. “We are delighted to be able to provide a full service leadership and talent development consultancy in the region,” says Dr. Sharkey who is a world renowned author, speaker and consultant on all things leadership. “As part of our launch we offered a Global Talent Mastery Bootcamp to 35 participants from key companies in the region. The program certified the participants in the latest techniques for building and sustaining top talent,” says Mary Pratt. “We are planning an in-depth program in the fall to continue to bring world class, data driven approaches for developing talent from the best companies.
